high-grown coffee sourced from Ethiopia and Nicaragua. This washed Ethiopia Lekempti blended with the rare Cafe Diego Nicaragua Maragogype (some call it Elephant Coffee because of its large size) works great as a cold brew, over ice, batch brewed or pour over. It creates silky sweet espresso and
like the mountain men of a past era, it canhandle any thing you ask it to do.
Combining a custardy and slight lemon note with hints of dark chocolate, it has become Paul and Andy’s daily driver.

This coffee from Ethiopia is from the family farm of Miriam Tesfai. Miriam lives here in Ohio and handles the importing of coffee from her family farm in Ethiopia. This year's crop of washed coffee is so exceptional we are offering it in 3 roast levels and including it in a few of our blends.
